GENERAL IT SPECIALIST

• Strong communication skills, problem analysis, and presentation skills. 
• Ability to develop Customer relationships. 
• Ability to perform while under high-pressure situations. 
• Basic networking, O/S, and troubleshooting knowledge. 
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and O365 applications.

PRINTING SPECIALIST

• Overseeing of critical nightly printing, software, hardware and technical support for CoSD. 
• Maintenance and up keep of all Print Center Printers to meet daily and nightly demands.
• 1st level troubleshooting/repair of large capacity Xerox printers and escalation to vendor support when needed. 
• Updating software, hardware, training and implementing new techniques to meet demands with new CoSD process and procedures.

WAREHOUSE AND PC IMAGING SPECIALIST (requires ability to work flexible shifts)

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Counting and confirming inventory. 
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults. 
• Asset tagging resource units. 
• Assist with PC imaging
• Work within ServiceNow system

AS Degree in Information Technology or A+ Certification w/ 1-2 years' experience preferred.
