    Ackerly McBride Group is seeking a competent and considerate Practice Manager to support our doctors, secretaries, and office manager with running the office. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and Office Manager to ensure a smooth experience for our patients and employees.     Work Schedule - Monday through Friday 8AM-430PM. Position is full time. Hours can be adjusted if need be, for example: 9-530 or 930-6.

    Responsibilities:

    Administrative Oversight:

    Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

    Implement office policies and procedures for efficient workflow.

    Manage scheduling, patient appointments, and ensure smooth patient flow.

    Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

    Ensure the practice complies with healthcare regulations and standards.

    Stay updated on industry changes and implement necessary compliance measures.

    Patient Experience and Care Quality:

    Maintain a patient-centric approach, ensuring exceptional patient care.

    Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.

    Staff Leadership and Development:

    Foster a positive work environment and lead the team by example.

    Conduct regular staff meetings, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.

    Team leadership and management is a critical responsibility for this role.

    Vendor and External Relations:

    Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external partners.

    Negotiate contracts and procure necessary equipment and services.

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    Bachelor's degree

    Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a private practice setting.

    Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and billing practices.

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in healthcare software and office management systems.

    Understanding of insurance and reimbursement processes.

    Experience in internal medicine or related healthcare specialty.

    Certification in healthcare management/administration.
