Job Description
In charge of company’s accounting job, include: daily booking, monthly & year-end closure.
Petty cash management.
Accounting receivable and accounting payable control.
Assistant the manager to set-up the accounting policies, rules and SOP set-up.
Process the payroll and related procedures, including: tax, 401K, and insurances.
Inventory management (In the future).
Communicate to vendors and customers through email and phone.
Other tasks from supervisors.
