JOB SUMMARY: Can you imagine the ideal UI/UX for the ultimate customer experience? Our Marketing Team is ready to welcome you as Lead UI/UX Designer and developer. You will be responsible for understanding the user experience through analytics and user behavior, creating wireframes and designs, maintaining updates on multiple websites and web platforms, and aligning user behavior to actions that drive results that include raising user satisfaction, decreasing user churn, and ensuring user-based company goals are reached. The UI/UX web developer will manage various websites on Joomla and Salesforce platforms, update content, share expertise in a team environment as the company web strategy evolves to consolidate, integrate, streamline and sunset websites. Your goal will be to maximize the utility of ACNs online presence thereby increasing IBO productivity and enhancing the customer experience. Working alongside IT and marketers collaborating and iterating on the user experience, you will deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive design.
The right person must be able to thrive in a work environment managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment at various levels in the sales process while continuing to move web projects forward with high quality and using the smartest, latest technology and maintaining brand standards. Excellent problem solving skills, independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain continuously changing web content on several websites in various languages; mainly Salesforce and Joomla
· Plan and implement new designs - A deep understanding of Responsive Designs and Mobile First (with portfolio samples) is required.
· Optimize and streamline existing user interface designs and tools
· Responsible for collecting, researching, investigating and evaluating user requirements
· Conduct and evaluate user testing and experience
· Communicate with global team to understand business goals and objectives
· Test new ideas before implementing
· Translate user behavior and research into actionable data
· Work with designers to create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
· Design and create mockups and user journeys for a wide range of devices
· Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior to also work seamlessly in mobile applications
· Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are needed
· Experience in system integration, api’s and connectors to leverage and bring together content in various tools to provide the best customer experience
· Work with technical teams to balance providing optimal experience while maximizing core capabilities of technical platforms and minimizing customization
· Leverage existing tools to improve & enhance the end to end experience for users
· Expert in ADA compliance and SEO
· Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Proven experience developing websites utilizing Salesforce and/or Joomla platforms that create a great user experience
Must be able to collaborate, brainstorm and communicate ideas within a team environment with potential global members
Experience problem solving with the ability to think strategically and be execution-oriented to drive a fully-integrated web experience.
A continuous-learner mindset with a strong understanding of the evolving digital trends as it relates to user experience, website engagement, and analytics.
