The position is responsible for the management, coaching and mentoring of our Treasury Management back office team who provide products and services to the Bank’s commercial customers.

    Role Description:

    This rewarding career opportunity is ideal for a person with both banking and supervisory experience. The position is responsible for the management and mentoring of the Treasury Management back office team who provide products and services to the Bank’s commercial customers.

    R esponsibilities:

    • Supervises the monthly administration and billing for Treasury Management customers;
    • Assists the Treasury Management Manager with design, implementation of new products and services;
    • Coordinates the work of the department with other related departments within the Bank;
    • Allocates specific work tasks between personnel within the department and other departments within the bank as needed;
    • Responds to inquiries and requests from customers and other bank personnel; and,
    • Monitors and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of the Bank’s risk management requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent;
    • 2-3 years of related banking experiences;
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to build relationships across the team and Bank;
    • Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook; and,
    • Strong aptitude regarding attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.
