Overview:

Our Community Banking Associates/Tellers provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers by processing their banking transactions and providing service and support.

Previous banking experience is not a requirement, as we provide comprehensive training to all new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional and prompt customer service;
• Accurately processes various financial transactions;
• Follows all Bank policies and security procedures; and
• Actively promotes the Bank’s products and services.

**Education & Other Requirements: **

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required;
• Prior sales or cash handling experience is preferred;
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the operating systems; and
• A valid driver’s license.
