OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to increase and expand ACR’s Government business through expansion along with developing and driving new channels of growth.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A strong background within Government Sales and contract review
A custom to working with drawings, drawing review and Technical Data packages
Proficient in working with the various Gov’t systems and sites ( Dibbs, SOS & etc)
Background in developing and submitting SAR packages
Background in dealing with various Govt personnel and Gov’t units ( DLA, DOD & etc)
Follow-up on submitted quotes
Achieve sales targets and goals
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Strong organization skills
Reads and understands Blueprints
Working with Manufacturing plans and Inspection reports
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ Years’ experience with Government contracts
Proficient in Excel, Word, office and ERP / MRP systems
Strong interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day
Strong communication skills to clearly convey updates, issues and instructions with the customer and colleagues
Min High school or GED required
