    Job Description

    TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist for ACS Security is responsible for identifying, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of roles which are primarily hourly but will include professional roles. The TA Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to fill current job openings and develop a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    •          Work closely with Talent Acquisition Director, HR Director and hiring managers

    •          Implement and execute a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs

    •          Create inbound traffic of candidates through extensive sourcing of candidates using research, internet searches, talent pool databases, job boards, saved searches, networking, and social media sites

    •          Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active contacts and on-going relationship management

    •          Serve as a primary contact with schools and other recruiting programs

    •          Understand competitors and report salary/market conditions to management

    •          Develop pre-screening processes to identify qualified candidates and a company pitch related to benefits, perks, and advantages of working for ACS Security

    •          Update candidate status in applicant tracking system

    •          Administer skill assessments to candidates

    •          Conduct face-to-face interviews and/or schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers

    •          Provide reporting and regular status updates to Management team

    •          Make job offers and work with candidates to overcome any concerns

    •          Provide insightful analysis and make recommendations for improvements whenever possible

    •          Work collectively to provide the best candidate and on-boarding experience

    REQUIREMENTS

    •      Strong recruiting & sourcing experience in a corporate environment managing and prioritizing multiple searches and client relationships

    •      Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment process and history of successfully developing a variety of recruiting sources

    •      Ability to work in a very fast-paced, deadline driven environment

    •      Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask in a high volume environment

    •      Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates

    •     Experience developing and supporting hiring events (onsite or offsite) for hiring initiatives

    •     Proficiency with ATS systems

    •     Excellent Microsoft Office skills

    •     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
