PROJECT MANAGER JUNIOR

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial, Analytical, Business-related fields
• 2+ years of Project Management or PMO experience
• Financial Industry experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position will support an established program. Attention to detail and project management competencies required. Qualified candidate will support the Inter-Affiliate TPG Program including: (1) Review Inter-Affiliate Service Level Delivery (SLD) renewal schedules and remind owners to take action (2) Create report/schedule of SLD’s coming due to track progress and share with senior management (3) Support monthly governance in the US, UK and other regions by collecting metrics from SLD providers and creating reports for review meetings. (4) Keep track and publish report of SLD discussions concerning new, renewal or terminating SLD’s. (5) Update SLD SharePoint site or other centralized repository with relevant tracking data (6) Technical capability to work with subject matter experts on knowledge transfer of SLD SharePoint site deliverables. Required experience and personal tool set: (1) Tenacity for detail, data analytics, highly organized. Drive resolutions, working multiple workstreams with deadlines. (2) Among ambiguous situations, create concrete action plans and execute. (3) At least 2-3 years within an analytics and project management capacity; third party governance experience added plus. (4) Excellent writing, oral and interpersonal skills. (5) Strong MS Office Suite experience, including strong user of excel and powerpoint, creating user friendly reports. (6) Strong customer service orientation; ability to interact with all management levels globally.
