THE POSITION: We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Intern. The pay range is $25.00 to 31 per hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR: Works with PMM team to manage the flow of promotional materials through the workflow system following the process and timelines outlined in the Promotional Materials Review Process SOP. Triage submissions to ensure compliance with established standards, and interact with advocates and agencies submitting materials to rectify any discrepancies. Support manager and specialist in building meeting agendas. Routes material in workflow system to appropriate task owners. Coordinates Proof-reader review of material prior to approval for production. Monitors progress of materials throughout the workflow system and troubleshoots bottlenecks in system. Supports tracking and routing of 24-month review with manager and colleagues as re-reviews are planned. Participates in the daily activities related to all promotional materials flowing through the PRB process. Supports the collection and uploads of commercial assets into the digital asset management system. Support tasks related to asset management, including QC, data verification, reapproval PURPOSE The PMM Coordinator provides operational support for the timely planning and execution of the marketing promotional material review. This role will support the broader PMM team by completing necessary tasks that will enable the process to operate. These tasks include, but are not limited to, QC of job submissions, assessing outcomes, uploading supporting files, developing review agendas, and finalization of Compliance copies. RELATIONSHIPS Directly reports to Manager-PMM. Works closely in collaboration with the cross functional PMM team. May interact with other stakeholders including Advocates, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Medical Information, Product Safety, Vendors in the effort to guide timely review and final approval of promotional materials, and collection of commercial assets.
