Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Jr. Sales Rep is responsible for all sales activities and job duties, from lead generation through to close. This individual will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals, and meet client’s expectations. The Sales Staff is also responsible for duties that are requested by their manager.

RESPONSIBILITES:

· Field calls for both current and new clients

· Aggressively prospect new accounts

· Maintain close relationships and communications with clients

· Create projections for business based on their knowledge of client actions

· Create quotations for incoming jobs

· Create invoices for jobs that have been completed

· Maintain visibility for invoices and reports sent to clients

· Ensure clients make timely payment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office computer skills/software

· Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

· Bicycle, Outdoor Sporting Goods or Toy industry experience a plus

· Mandarin/Vietnamese speaking, reading, and writing skills a plus
