Job description

We have an immediate opening for a maintenance account manage/estimator

Estimating and directing maintenance projects for commercial and municipal properties. Experience in all phases of maintenance and estimating including: measuring, calculating labor hours to estimate landscape maintenance, ability to identify native plants/trees and familiar with local codes and regulations. Experience and/or knowledge of irrigation operation, diagnosis and repair is needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Working with multiple property managers.

Responsible for initial site visits and costs estimating.

Maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the field.

Serving as a liaison between property owners, managers, HOA's, general contractors, subcontractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responding to customer complaints and special requests.

Promoting the company image.

Planning schedules and overseeing regular maintenance operations.

Modifying procedures to increase and improve efficiency/safety in the work field.

Willing to work in all weather elements

Helping with snow removal operations.

Valid Nevada driver's license, insurable driving record, and ability to drive company vehicles.

Excel, Outlook, Word, LMN, Landscape Pro is a plus.
