Title: CNA / HHA / PCA

Location: Vienna, Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Arlington, Annandale, Reston

Service Area: Fairfax County

Schedule: Flexible shifts available – days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience (paid biweekly via direct deposit)

Job Responsibilities

Deliver quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes

Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep

Monitor and document any changes in the client’s health or behavior

Promote a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Candidate Requirements

Active certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)

Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in Fairfax County

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Genuine passion for helping others and a professional attitude
