Position Overview
We are seeking an autonomous and experienced Clinical Nurse to provide professional nursing care across a diverse patient population. In this role, you will perform specialized nursing procedures, adapt care plans for specific patient conditions, and deliver high-quality, family-centered support to individuals of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Perform complex nursing procedures and interventions in accordance with physician orders, established standards of care, and standardized clinical policies.
- Independent Practice: Exercise sound clinical judgment to manage assignments independently while maintaining high standards of safety and care.
- Multidisciplinary Support: Provide compassionate clinical and emotional support to patients across the lifespan—from pediatric to adult—and their families.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute care environment.
- Licensure: Active, current, full, and unrestricted RN license to practice in any U.S. State, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. Territory.
Required Certifications & Timeline
Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment:
- BLS: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association)
Required Within 6 Months of Hire:
- TCAR: Trauma Care After Resuscitation
- NIHSS: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certification
