BASIC PURPOSE: To merchandise, stock and re-stock displays, coolers, and back stock areas in assigned accounts ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1) Create, develop, and maintain a professional working relationship with every account 2) Greet retailer in a friendly and courteous manner at each and every account 3) Service each account as scheduled according to the current sequence and call frequency 4) Maintain knowledge of code dating systems and rotation requirements of all products/suppliers 5) Merchandise, stock, and service all orders/deliveries in assigned accounts 6) Merchandise, stock, and re-stock all coolers, hot shelves and displays in assigned accounts 7) Merchandise displays and/or stores with Point of Sale as requested/needed 8) Adhere to Quality Control Policy at all times in order to maintain proper product rotation 9) Communicate any rotation/dating concerns with sales rep 10) Communicate any customer concerns to Sales Rep and Area Sales Manager 11) Maintain a neat, organized, and rotated back stock area in all accounts 12) Project a professional appearance and always report to work in the approved attire 13) Maintain a clean vehicle inside and out; keep vehicle stocked with proper merchandising tools 14) Attend all departmental and company meetings as required. 15) Complete any and all required internal and external training assignments 16) Maintain a valid driver license and a good motor vehicle record that meet the standards outlined in Adams' Safe Driving Policy EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 6 months training or experience in a related field; this position requires the ability to read, write, count, perform basic math calculations; A valid Driver License is required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes, and cramped quarters.
