    Job Description

    We are seeking a CSR Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    PAY: $11.75 per hour

    SCHEDULE: Based on Business Need, between 10 AM and 11 PM

    LOCATION: WORK FROM HOME!!!

    DESCRIPTION: This position is CURRENTLY Work From Home, however our client expects that you will be able to go onsite if asked. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

    · Strong mathematical comprehension

    · Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    · High Customer Service standards

    · Ability to compile and analyze reports

    · Strong communication skills with the ability to diffuse customer escalations through problem solving

    · Multitasking

    · A sense of urgency in order to meet timelines

    · Data gathering knowledge to compile and analyze reports

    · Reliable Transportation

    · 1+ year of chat support experience

    · Voice support experience

    · Customer Service, Marketing or Social Media Experience

    The client does provide computer, keyboard, camera, mouse and headset for your day to day work tasks and you will be expected to go onsite to pick this up. Additionally, you must pass a skill test, internet speed test of 100 MPBS or greater, as well as drug screening and background check.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
