Duties include: -Compliance review and preparation of correspondence -Meeting calendar maintenance for conference calls, web-based meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts when necessary -Notification of the appropriate unit or org. representatives shall technology issues arise -Visitor reception, office supply maintenance/tracking, telephone call direction, and incoming mail distribution -Data file maintenance for user and historical access -Defense travel system order preparation and travel request review -Medical Protection System user updates and review as needed -Creation and entering of Bulk Leads into the Leads Management system -Maintain a Neat and orderly workspace
