Adept Furniture is looking for a Lead Production Associate & Manufacture Upholster/Developer. This position involves being proactive in production flow, product development, and building furniture. The associate must have strong experience in upholstery and mechanical abilities.

We are currently seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Proven experience in industrial upholstery
• Knowledge and experience with fabrics, vinyl’s, and leathers.
• Working with hand tools and staple guns
• Skilled in sewing techniques for upholstery work.
• Familiarity with CNC machine operations
• Occasionally require adhering foam to wood & fabric to foam.
