    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team, the ideal candidate would be polite, punctual, and hardworking.     The position we need filled will be located in Los Angeles, CA/Vernon, CA 90058 and is full-time. Our hours of operation are Mon - Fri 8 AM - 4/4:30 pm.

    WE WILL BE CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS THIS UPCOMING FRIDAY, JANUARY 28, 2022 BETWEEN 10:00AM - 12:00PM AND 12:00PM - 2PM .

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, answering phones, taking messages, etc.
    • Greet clients promptly and take care of their needs in a friendly and professional manner, while determining whether it is appropriate to direct them to upper management.
    • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
    • Schedule client deliveries and communicate regularly with freight carriers.
    • Follow up with clients on a weekly, monthly or annual basis as dictated by management to ensure that their needs are being adequately taken care of and orders have been fulfilled.

    JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Computer efficient, must be able to use an iMac well
    • Familiarity with Excel, Quickbooks and general office procedures (PREFERRED)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Previous administrative experience (PREFERRED)
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles, including customer needs assessments and customer satisfaction evaluations
    • Accuracy and attention to details
    • Valid I.D. (REQUIRED)
