     AP CLERK

    • Data entry for vendors, employees, contractors
    • Full cycle Accounts Payable
    • Monthly reporting of expenses and budget performance
    • Reconcile all bank and credit card statements

     SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Proficient in Quickbooks
    • Excellent understanding of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Intermediate-Advanced computer skills
    • Detail and deadline-oriented
    • Comfortable addressing challenges head-on
    • Works independently & efficiently as this is a 100% remote position
