JOB DESCRIPTION Express Employment Professionals, Garden Grove is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to join its internal team. This is an opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are motivated to build rewarding careers in the staffing and recruiting industry and don't mind working from the behind desk with as needed customer site visits. Compensation includes a $15-$20/hour base salary, uncapped commissions and bonuses. The expected earnings are $43,000 - $55,000 in year one and $80,000+ by year three. Benefits include holiday and vacation pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting for new clients (inside and outside sales) Managing client relationships Recruiting candidates for both contract and permanent positions Coaching and managing performance of contract employees

REQUIREMENTS:

Driven to build a successful career in the staffing and recruiting industry Motivated to help others and make a difference in people's lives. Capable of generating client leads and sourcing talent through cold calls, social media, job boards and referrals. Previous inside or outside B2B sales experience Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Positive, friendly and upbeat personality. Associates degree or offsetting experience . Microsoft Office computer skills.

College Education: Minimum AA or Bachelors
