American Dreams Restaurant Group (ADRG) is seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the marketing efforts of our growing restaurant group (3 brands and growing). This individual will have the opportunity to develop and lead a full marketing team. This is a true “once in a lifetime” opportunity as we are preparing to launch a national organization creating tremendous upward advancement for the selected candidate.

Our CEO and founder has developed or been involved in growing eight of the largest national brands in their industries. His companies have won enumerable awards and they are consistently listed in INC. 500 as fastest growing. Dozens and dozens of the managers in these companies have become multi-millionaires and you could be next. His formula includes:

You will be provided with the guidance and the business “know how” necessary to succeed. Also, sales and business training will be provided from two of the premier sales trainers / business leaders in the country, helping you achieve your ambitions and desires financially.

It will not be easy, but, if you are successful, you will remember this ad as the day your life changed forever.

Starting pay is $40,000 to $50,000 plus bonuses, with the guarantee to be at $60,000 plus bonus within a year. At the end of three years (at the latest), you will be earning a minimum of $100,000 plus bonus!

We have learned experience and education matter greatly, but; most never learn the secrets of true success and only do what are industry “standards”. Here is what we need from you:

Restaurant management experience or education is a plus, not required.

Preferred Background / Core Competencies:

Self-motivated with a high level of self-discipline

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Results oriented and self-motivated

Desire/Motivation to grow within the organization

Experience with website building / platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)

Fluent in digital marketing: social advertising, re-marketing, funnels, search network ads, etc.

Experience / understanding of modern SEO strategies

Seeker of knowledge

Ability to demonstrate influence - ex/ results from previous campaigns, built a large social following, etc.

Requires professional written and verbal communication in addition to interpersonal skills

Ability to create ad designs (graphic design)
