As our Marketing Director, you will work directly with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop, coordinate and oversee the execution of all B2B marketing activities with RSG’s Sales & Marketing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: market planning, advertising, direct mailing, printing, digital marketing, recruiting events, trade shows, email marketing, answering/referring inquiries, etc.

Marketing Director Duties:
Plan, develop & execute marketing programs
Research prospective client needs, market conditions/trends, competitor data
Prepare marketing strategies in cooperation with the VP of Sales and Marketing
Prepare and adhere to budgets
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, direct mail, website, and other marketing materials
Oversee the advertisement design process and media placement
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
Drive overall customer relationship and direct marketing
Collaborate with sales to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
Event management / Hotel Selection for Game Changer meetings
Assembly and oversight of sales and marketing team operation manuals
Inventory Marketing / Event Items
Preferred Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
2-8 years of marketing and sales experience
Self-motivated with a high level of self-discipline
Experience marketing business services B2B
Experience marketing events B2B
Results-oriented
Highly intelligent
Public speaking or group presentation experience
A proven history of success
Advanced skill level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Technology Skills
Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
Pleasing personality and great interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
