American Dreams Restaurant Group (ADRG) is going to add three individuals to their management development team. This is a true “once in a lifetime” opportunity as we are preparing to launch a national organization creating tremendous upward advancement for the selected candidates.

Our CEO and founder has developed or been involved in growing eight of the largest national brands in their industries. His companies have won enumerable awards and they are consistently listed in INC. 500 as fastest growing. Dozens and dozens of the managers in these companies have become multi-millionaires and you could be next. His formula includes:

Offering the ability to earn high income.

Equity opportunity.

You will be provided with the guidance and the business “know how” necessary to succeed. Also, sales and business training will be provided from two of the premier sales trainers / business leaders in the country, helping you achieve your ambitions and desires financially.

During these three years, you will serve in many different positions, always advancing. You will enter (regardless of experience) at an entry-level management role and advance every 4 months from there. You will learn, not only the details of operating a service business on a daily basis, but, marketing, community relations, customer life care, successful management, recruiting, training, buying, sales, vendor relationships, market expansion, restaurant openings, public relations, internet reputation, space build-out and much more.

It will not be easy, but, if you are successful, you will remember this ad as the day your life changed forever.

Starting pay is $40,000 to $50,000 plus bonuses, with the guarantee to be at $80,000 plus bonus within a year. At the end of three years (at the latest), you will be earning a minimum of $120,000 plus bonus!

There is one catch... we are a true meritocracy. This means earnings, opportunity and equity are provided to those who deliver what they promise. We have learned experience and education matter greatly, but; most never learn the secrets of true success and only do what are industry “standards”. We have a comprehensive three-year program that will take you through all aspects of our companies and prepare you to lead and succeed. Here is what we need from you:

Restaurant management experience or education is a plus, not required.
