We are preparing to launch a national organization creating tremendous advancement for the selected candidates. Within three years, you will either:

Be our partner in your own restaurant.

Gain equity in our company as well as having a key management position.

Restaurant management experience or education is a plus, not required.

The restaurant business requires long hours, great personality, desire to serve others and pride in what we do. In a very short period of time, two of our three restaurants have won great recognition, awards and are in the top 5 of 700 restaurants in Sarasota. This is not a coincidence. In fact, all of our founder's companies started small and became highly regarded, award-winning businesses surpassing all the other competitors. We have laid the foundation for phenomenal growth. During the three years, you will serve in many different positions, always advancing. You will enter (regardless of experience) at an entry-level management role and advance every 4 months from there. You will learn, not only the details of operating a restaurant on a daily basis, but, marketing, community relations, customer life care, successful management, recruiting, training, buying, sales, vendor relationships, market expansion, restaurant openings, public relations, internet reputation, space build-out and much more. Other attendees from the founder's previous businesses have described it as getting an MBA and getting paid to do so!

It will not be easy, but, if you are successful, you will remember this ad as the day your life changed forever. Starting pay is $40,000 to $50,000 plus bonuses, with the guarantee to be at $80,000 plus bonus within two years. At the end of three years, you will be earning at least $120,000 plus bonus!
