    Job Description

    ADT SOLAR is looking for a BRAND AMBASSADOR to represent the brand at assigned retail locations surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina. We are hiring motivated individuals to help us continue growing our nationally recognized brand. Our Brand Ambassadors engage with prospective customers in a professional and memorable manner to generate enthusiasm for renewable energy.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
    • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
    • Reliable transportation within assigned territory
    • Must be able to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking
    • Skilled at approaching and interacting with potential customers
    • Enthusiastic attitude and the ability to speak clearly and confidently
    • Ability to use an iPad

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Traveling (mainly driving) to assigned retail locations within the designated area.
    • Speak with prospective customers within a retail location
    • Uses basic selling techniques to engage with customers
    • Build rapport with prospective customers to set in-home appointments
    • Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit
    • Stick to your assigned schedule and show up for work on time
    • Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store district
    • Maintaining actionable weekly communication with the district manager.
    • Able to work independently and as a motivated team player
    • Set up and break down of in-store booth
    • Meet or exceed performance expectations
