About the Project Coordinator position
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to help us with organizing, running and supervising all project activities. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various aspects of the project, from initial design to final construction. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure effective project management and collaboration with the project team, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Project Coordinator responsibilities:
- Help all stakeholder to contact each other and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Interact with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Oversee the progress in meeting clients' needs as the project evolves
- Participate in preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
- Fix any issues arising in the project and track project's progress
- Monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend with the help of project management tools
- Organize and review all appropriate legal paperwork
- Prepare reports on project status and present them to management
- Manage comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Quality Control and Risk Management:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to architectural standards and project specifications.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent and resolve any quality issues that arise.
Team Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to foster a productive and cohesive working environment.
- Provide support to team members as needed, assisting with problem-solving, resource allocation, and decision-making.
Project Coordinator requirements are:
- 2+ years experience of working on a Project Coordinator position in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Proven experience in architectural project coordination or project management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM, is a plus.
