Role and Responsibilities:

Full Time Technical Applications Specialist position supporting the E

Department providing logistics services in support of the combat and weapon systems onboard the

DDGs and CGs in the fleet.

Position Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 - 6 years of logistics experience Or no degree and 8 - 10

years of applicable experience.

• Must be able to support Aegis Weapon Systems PMS including MRCs, TFBRs, MIPs, and LOEPs.

• Must be attention to detail and able to research, enter and provide updates to various Navy

databases including PMSMIS, NDE, One Touch, NAVLOGTD, etc.

• Able to develop logistics support status reports and have experience with maintenance

planning documents (Maintenance Plans, Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), Allowance Equipage

Lists (AELs).

• Able to interface with engineers analyzing Engineer Change Proposals (ECP) and Ordnance

Alterations (ORDALTS) documentation.

• Must have strong computer Microsoft Office skills (word processing, spreadsheets, data entry).

• Have a valid driver’s license with own transportation.

• Must be able to receive and maintain a security clearance.

• Must be able to work under minimal supervision, perform and complete tasks with limited

guidance.

• Able to follow company policies and procedures.

• Able to write, speak and understand English and able to write clear, detailed reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Navy Logistics School

• Previous NAVSEA Logistics experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel if/when required
