# 2322 Associate Logistician (LG20)
Role and Responsibilities:
Full Time Technical Applications Specialist position supporting the N Department
providing FMS logistics administrative services.
Position Qualifications:
• Must have a High School degree and 1 - 3 years of logistics experience.
• Able to interface with Project Engineers, LogReps, Engineers, Technicians and Logisticians.
• Able to support development, review and updates to FMS documentation.
• Able to provide FMS modernization support including personnel tracking, system status, maintain
lessons learned databases.
• Draft and rout Liaison Information Transfer Reports (LITRs), Technical Bulletins, Ordnance Alterations
(ORDALTS), and maintaining a LITR database. LITRs are a way that the US and the FMS country send
official communication.
• Able to update and maintain installation schedules in support of the project lead.
• Assist with site turnover during/after acceptance.
• Able to utilize numerous Navy applications such as Advance Configuration and Engineering Status
System (ACCESS) and UNET to research status and schedules.
• Able to track material inventory, installation schedules, and POA&Ms for various FMS countries.
• Able to support the various FMS countries with research, status and installation requirements.
• Must have strong computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data entry).
• Have a valid driver’s license with own transportation.
• Must be able to receive and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be punctual, attention to detail, meet quick deadlines.
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision, perform and complete tasks with limited guidance.
• Able to follow company policies and procedures.
• Able to write, speak and understand English and able to write clear, detailed reports.
Preferred Skills:
• Navy Logistics School
• Previous NAVSEA Logistics experience.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to travel if/when required.
