Our Accessories Sales Division provides top level consultative sales to Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealerships for their GM accessories needs. The Product and Process Trainer will act in conjunction with the sales teams to provide foundational training on programs, processes, promotions and initiatives. The goal of this position is to assist the dealerships in growing their accessories business. This position may be called upon to provide additional training to the internal sales team as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of dealership experience
Knowledge of adult learning concepts and classroom learning techniques preferred
Possess a sense of urgency in completing tasks
Ability to assess the skills and needs of the sales representatives and leaders of the sales team
Knowledge of sales leadership principles and team development
Ability to analyze the sales training process and offer suggestions and critiques
Hands on experience, including facilitation of formal sales methodology, preferred
Ability to travel extensively
SALARY: $40,000 - $50,000 (BASED ON EXPERIENCE) BENEFITS:
