    3 Non-negotiable Expectations: • CONSISTENCY – must show up every day, an absence will only be accepted with a Doctor’s note • PUNCTUALITY – 15 min early is on time, on time is late, and 15 min late is unacceptable • Professionalism – Professional dress – professional mindset. Shirt tucked in, no tennis shoes, no t-shirts, no jeans, or excessive piercings. Must display a learning-based mindsetCompensation: 50/50 Split on all purchase commission, $500 for every closed listing under $200,000, and $1,000 for every closed listing over $200,000.Benefits: TERM: 24 Months • Apprentice will receive an abundance of leads to meet the sales quota • Apprentice will be issued an account with the Real Geeks CRM and Dotloop to manage prospects, clients, and contracts • Apprentice will receive a professional headshot, website, and business cards • Apprentice will receive coaching, mentorship, training, and accountability from the Team Coach – a top producing Broker • No monthly, annual, or reoccurring fees. Only a $100 per transaction fee Responsibilities: PHASE ONE (2 WEEKS)-PLANNING • PROSPECTING SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8 am to 11 am and 3 pm to 6 pm, Saturday or Sunday 10 am to 2 pm • REQUIRED READING: “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie • KPI (Key Performance Indicator): Must set at least one in-person consultation with a prospect from old leads PHASE TWO (3-6 MONTHS)-CONCENTRATION • PROSPECTING SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8 am to 11 am and 3 pm to 6 pm, Saturday or Sunday 10 am to 2 pm • REQUIRED READING: “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill • KPI: Must be consistently setting 5-10 purchase consultations per week and 1-2 listings consultations per week PHASE THREE (6-24 MONTHS)-MOMENTUM • PROSPECTING SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8 am to 11 am, Saturday or Sunday 10 am to 2 pm • REQUIRED READING: “The Seven Habits of the Highly Effective” by Stephen Covey • KPI: Agent must close a minimum of 3 sales per month on average. Progress will be reviewed on a quarterly basis Qualifications: • Apprentice must own/lease a suitable vehicle, which is safe, clean, comfortable, properly insured, and no older than the model year 2010 unless a classic. No lifted trucks, loud exhaust, excessive paint damage, cracked glass, worn tires/brakes, etc. and interior must be clean and free of trash/personal effects • Apprentice must maintain Multiple Listing Service (MLS) membership with the local Board of Realtors • Apprentice must be available to work with clients a minimum of one day each weekend, with the exception of holiday weekends • Apprentice must make 40 – 60 calls per day between the hours of 8:30–11:am and 3-6 pm, conducted 10-20 conversations per day with new prospects, and set 1-3 purchase or listing consultations 6 days per week • Apprentice must attend conversation practice at 8 am every Monday – Friday for the first 6 months of their sponsorship • Apprentice must attend all weekly mastermind meetings and actively participate (read the chapter and give your thoughts) in our book club Compensation: $100,000+ per year
