We are seeking a Real Estate Videographer to produce videos for both our residential and commercial clients. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. If you have experience in Real Estate Videography and a flexible schedule then we would like to hear from you! Most of our shoots are scheduled Monday - Friday between 9 and 5 but you must be available if needed on weekends. Responsibilities: Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the video shoot to help ensure the best visual results Able to edit videoes to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites Video properties for online and marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly Qualifications: Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop Compensation: $10 hourly
