TRAIN WITH THE BEST

Our extensive recruiter training program is designed to provide you with the fundamentals required to be a professional recruiter. Our goal is to have to you ready for your next role as a Consultant - Talent Development Specialist in 12-18 months. You will work side by side with our industry leading recruiters and become proficient in our “Perfect Fit Process” model.

THE POSITION

We’re looking for somebody interested in pursuing a career in talent acquisition. You will work closely with our team members on projects across the country helping our clients to find, attract and select great talent to their organization.

This is an entry-level role with a comprehensive training program and clear path to advancement for someone interested in joining the world talent acquisition and strategy. The base salary we’re offering is $45,000. We offer completely employer-paid benefits.
