Job Description

Looking for a dynamic individual that has experience in land development civil engineering with a background in land surveying or a land surveyor familiar with land development. The job requires a broad range of abilities related to land development, both in the field and the office. We will train you, but you need a basic background in land development. You don't need to be an engineer or land surveyor if you have experience with computer applications such as GIS. Job responsibilities include:

Research property boundary information and prepare calculations for field crew.

Topographic and boundary surveys and prepare exhibit of survey work.

Residential and commercial construction survey calculations, survey, and report.

Help in the preparation of  street/sewer/storm drain/water/grading plans.

Computer drafting.

Must be very proficient at using computers for calculations and drafting and be able to adapt to new programs and procedures.
