    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dedicated team. This role can be based in any US or Canada location with an AECOM office presence. The position has the ability to work from home with in office time expected as needed to fulfill our recruitment goals. Regional travel is also required at times.

    As the Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manager at AECOM, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The position involves functional management responsibilities for strategic recruitment within specific business lines, operational tasks, and supervision of a team of recruiters. Our TA Managers help us to ensure we are implementing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring the timely and cost effective hiring of exceptional candidates.

    You will collaborate closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Director, business and area leaders, our TA Recruiters and other Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) to develop cooperative strategies ensuring the delivery of talent that aligns with business objectives.

    Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

    • Operations Recruitment: Help us fill our operational roles while also overseeing your recruitment area to ensure are we meeting our hiring plans
    • Strategic Recruiting: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for strategic positions within the designated business line. Collaborating with Executive Recruiters, Sourcers, and other recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of other roles.
    • Talent Bench Management: Maintaining, nurturing, and engaging with external and internal talent pools relevant to the business line.
    • Regional Events: Coordinating with the University Team and Business Line leaders to ensure the success of regional events. Ensuring alignment between university and professional recruiters in managing job openings.
    • Assisting with the Onboarding of New Hires: Helping our organization ensures our onboarding process for new hires is efficient and effective
    • Training: Ensuring that new recruiters receive the necessary training and identifying areas where regional recruiters may require refresher training. Providing ad hoc training as needed.
    • Management: Leading and guiding the team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring our recruitment processes and documentation follows our internal policies as well as external regulatory requirements.
    • Brand Management and Engagement: Managing the creation, amplification, and tracking of ROI from social media postings and outreach campaigns. Ensuring the visibility of the respective business line on social media platforms.
    • Reporting: Preparing deliverables and reporting on monthly and quarterly trends and progress.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and at least 8 years of relevant recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Our preferred candidate will have led recruitment teams previously in large corporate organizations.
    • Our preferred candidate will have experience in the recruitment of engineering, consulting and project management backgrounds.
    • Our preferred candidate will be comfortable leading in a fast paced, evolving environment.
    • Our preferred candidate will enjoy problem solving and identifying creative solutions to issues we face in the recruitment industry.
    • Our preferred candidate will be a natural leader both in our TA team environment and within our business leaders.
    • Our preferred candidate will be comfortable leading business initiatives while also serving as process experts who have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, specifically EEO and OFCCP requirements.

    • Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position typically is $110,000 - $135,000. Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the United States and compensation data will vary in each location, including higher or lower than the stated range. ​
