Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (with emphasis on business, economics, finance, or real estate) + 4 years of advanced administrative duties in corporate real estate or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- At least 2 years of prior work experience in a corporate real estate position is preferred
- Must understand corporate real estate leasing, space programming and planning, and space management principles
- Must understand basic real estate leasing financial terms and analysis methods
- Experience with a real estate software system is strongly preferred
- Previous database data entry, reporting and/or data analysis and presentation is preferred
- Ability to travel approx. 20% of the time within the USA, Canada and South America – a valid U.S. Passport, or the ability to obtain one, is required.

- Candidates must have the ability to:
- manage multiple assignments with little supervision
- communicate complex and technical real estate terms to business executives
- work well in a fast-paced, process-oriented, and collaborative environment
- Strong Mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain a schedule
- Accuracy and attention to detail; ability for critical thinking
- Team player, flexible, multi-tasker, excellent sense of customer service, and "can do" attitude
- Must have excellent communication skills - writing, interpretation, judgment, and interpersonal style
- Excellent skills in MS Office suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
