    Job Description

    AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented, energetic technology minded professional for immediate employment Nationwide or in the Raleigh, North Carolina office. The Cityworks and AGOL/Portal Administrator will report to the Mobile Technology Manager in the Technology Services Group and support both internal and external clients within the Environment, Transportation and Water Business lines. This position will support a wide variety of AECOM projects including municipal infrastructure and asset management, environmental permitting, construction, site assessments, inspections, energy infrastructure development, water resources, transportation systems, and more. A successful candidate will work both independently and in close coordination with various AECOM staff and project teams to develop, deploy and support both Cityworks and GIS AGOL/Portal mobile/web solutions critical to successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Gather and review technical requirements to meet data collection, development standards and implement quality assurance procedures.
    • Design, deploy and manage geospatial applications for Cityworks, AGOL/Portal ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123, Workforce, Dashboards, StoryMaps, AppStudio, and Power Automate Reporting.
    • Prepare and deploy applications using ArcGIS Server 10.x, Portal for GIS, and ArcGIS Online (AGOL).
    • As part of a team develop and maintain mobile and web applications that utilize JavaScript, JavaScript API 3,X/4.X, HTML5, JSON/GeoJSON, Google Maps API or similar platforms.
    • Utilize Python, Model Builder, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and other commonly used scripting tools to automate workflows and streamline routine processes and tasks.
    • Experience with Cityworks and ESRI Dashboarding tools.
    • Work with teams to manage and deploy SDE geospatial databases on SQL Server.
    • Maintain quality assurance of spatial and non-spatial data and processes as per defined standards.
    • Maintain expertise in existing and emerging GIS mobile/web related software and technologies.
    • Market GIS and mobile services to internal and external clients.
    • Apply attention to detail with proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, Social Science, Environmental Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • BA/BS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
    • 2 years of relevant professional and progressively responsible experience in Cityworks and GIS mobile/web systems development, programming, administration, and management.
    • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.
    • Valid Driver’s License and must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online (AGOL)/Portal administration experience.
    • Cityworks Administration and End-User experience.
    • GIS Web Service creation and GIS Web App experience (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal), ArcGIS Online)
    • SQL Server experience (Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers).
    • Experience designing and deploying geospatial mobile applications for ArcGIS Field Maps, Smart Forms, Survey123, Workforce, Dashboards, StoryMaps, AppStudio, and Power Automate Reporting.
    • Experience developing and maintain mobile and web applications that utilize JavaScript, JavaScript API 3.X/4.X, HTML5, JSON/GeoJSON, Google Maps API or similar platforms.
    • Programming experience with Python, JavaScript and SQL.
    • Experience with webhooks and automation.
    • Experience applying SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI to generate reports.
    • Asset Management System Experience desirable.
    • Experience with ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.

    Offered rate of compensation ([insert state] locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000.
