Job Description

THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Analyzes economic and/or demographic data to draw conclusions on key trends
• Researches local and regional economic issues and policies, funding and financing strategies, and planning documents
• Summarizes research into written case studies or short write-ups or memos
• Prepares maps, graphics, or other visual representations of analysis performed
• Participates in weekly team meetings and project check-ins with relevant team members

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Real Estate, or Environmental Economics
• Must have completed three years of study in applicable program

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a preference in Excel
• Familiarity with ArcGIS
• Currently pursuing a Graduate degree

• Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.  The hourly range for this position is $22.00-$31.00.
