Job Description

New Line Structures & Development , LLC is seeking a full-time, highly motivated construction scheduler to support the business goals and objectives of our company and our clients. As a scheduler you will work closely with our teams to develop overall schedule of project completion. This process includes ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Qualifications

- extensive knowledge of P6

-ability to work with project management staff and accounting staff to create detailed cashflows

-develop a detailed project schedule and update the schedule accordingly

-possess the ability to be creative and innovative to leverage current technology to develop detailed 4D schedules along with our virtual design and construction (VDC) team

-strong collaborative and interpersonal skills

-time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

-solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data

-keen attention to detail

-3+years of experience in construction scheduling
