Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a Field Project Specialist II based in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects.
• Manages the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work.
• Resolves questions and problems.
• Independently performs most assignments with little or no oversight.
• Under general supervision, interacts with professional/technical staff and clients to accomplish assigned objectives.
• Requires limited exercise of judgment.
• Receives guidance on new aspects of assignments.
• Supports office administrative assignments and maintains office supplies
• Manages and completes office reports

Qualifications

Minimum:

• BA/BS and 2 plus years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred:

• Experience working within the Procurement department
• Experience with project multitasking
• Experience and ability to report accurate and timely information
• Expert in Microsoft Spreadsheet

The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position typically is $56,000.00 to $71,000.00
