Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Interior Design Intern to be based in Columbus, OH.

This position is expected to begin in June 2023.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out tasks.
• Performs entry level work.
• Follows instructions to accomplish task assigned by senior staff.
• Meets required schedules while producing quality work.

Qualifications

_ Minimum Requirements:_

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Interior Design or related field.
• Must have completed 3 years of qualified study at the time of internship

_ Preferred Qualifications:_

• Experience in architecture Project Construction documentation using Revit.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Adobe Illustrator
• Some knowledge of project design and construction documentation and materials.
• Ability to work on multiple, fast-paced projects and documents.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Portfolio submission required to demonstrate skill set.
