Job Description

**AECOM Wisconsin is seeking a Bridge Design Manager for either it's Milwaukee, Green Bay or Steven's Point Wisconsin offices **to enhance its growing staff with strong bridge design leadership team.

This individual will be a key asset with AECOM's Wisconsin bridge design group in leading successful efforts as:

• Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- large-size projects.
• Leads technical client relationships and plays a major role in selling.
• Leads discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise.
• Leads technical business development work.
• Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
• Approves and signs off on work.
• Leader in one or more areas of technology.
• Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule a to meet requirements on large, complex projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Ability to pass MVR check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 + years' experience in bridge design
• Project management skills
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, including technical report writing.
• Structural problem analysis skills (including knowledge/use of design and calculation tools, software)
• Knowledgeable of standard engineering practices, techniques and applicable Codes.
• Knowledge of current structural modeling software tools
• A current PE license.

• Due project requirement, U.S. work sponsorship is not offered for this opportunity.
• Offered rate of compensation (Wisconsin state) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $95,000- $170,000.
