Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Marketing Specialist to be based in Boston, MA

This position is expected to begin in October, 2023

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Help with outbound and inbound marketing activities including direct mail and content creation
• Assist with creating an annual schedule of marketing activity, and making sure that schedule is followed.
• Working with corporate communications to upload posts to social media such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
• Customer and client facing
• Communicating with local stakeholders, gov’t, organizations, etc.
• Produces marketing proposals, presentations and printed qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations and pre-selling efforts.
• Performs services in a department/unit under direct supervision of management.
• Participates in proposal project team meetings with the proposal management and other team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual preffered
• Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Experience and exposure with social media preferred
• Ability to work with a team and individually
