** About the role:**
In a Project Management II role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs. You’ll have the chance to support one of our clients, a global leader in asset management.
About the team:
The Global Transfer Agency Program Management Office is a team made up of 20+ resources located both in North America and a variety of international locations. Our team comprises of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and resources leading conversion efforts. We lead cross-functional projects supporting the Transfer Agency business for both BPaaS and SaaS clients.

The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Qualifications
College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
8+ years relevant engineering, field service or project management
Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation.
1 + Project Manager mentoring with at least 1 direct report.
Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).
Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation
Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the organization.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point skills; solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principals.
Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control.
Able to manage multiple jobs up to $500K each with variable deliverables.
