AECOM is seeking a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER to be based in LONG ISLAND CITY, NY. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Successful candidates will be working with the NYC School Construction Authority on-site for projects on schools K-12.
• Candidate will be responsible for full Construction Management services supporting the successful delivery of projects by local Contractors from award through handover.
• Travel expenses between job-sites is reimbursable
• Supports overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies
• Follows technical direction and guidance from senior managers, abides by company and project policies, helps build client interface, and supports all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule under the direction of supervisors

From education, healthcare, transportation, and water facilities to sports, leisure, cultural arts, and other public gathering venues, we deliver on the promise of protecting our clients’ interests as our own and building partnerships with the communities we serve. Operate as a Construction Manager working directly with the NYC SCA on projects related to schools throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Due to the nature of the job, U.S. citizenship is required
• Valid driver's license
• This role will pay up to $115k (depending on experience)
• This role offers 2 shifts: A)7am-3:30pm B) 4pm-11pm

  Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
