    Job Description

    AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer - Roadway for employment in either our Chelmsford, MA , or our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have will the opportunity to work with one of our largest clients MassDOT on civil highway, municipal and private development projects.     Typical duties and responsibilities:

    • Will design a complete project or a component of a larger project with general direction.
    • Prepare and complete project documents.
    • Review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
    • Interact with clients, project managers, and senior managers.
    • Broad knowledge of other disciplines works for working within multidisciplinary projects.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

    • BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Mass PE or the ability to obtain one within (6) months start.
    • MassDOT design experience.
    • AutoCAD Civil 3D .
    • Microstation Inroads/Openroads.
    • 5 Years of applicable design experience.
    • Experience designing projects valued at more than $50 million construction value.
