    AECOM is actively seeking a Construction Resident Project Manager for our NJ office. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Oversees field site activities on large or multiple small projects
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish complex goals
    • Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines and may lead the work of others
    • Chair project meeting and distribute meeting minutes
    • Conduct reviews and verification of construction schedules and coordination with the client
    • Trouble-shoot issues as they arise with the team and client/s
    • Work with RFI's, shop drawings, estimates, monthly billing and other related activities
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification:

    • BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    Preferred Qualifications

    • NJ Turnpike Experience NJDOT experience would be an added value
    • PE license in NJ
    • Transportation Infrastructure Experience
    • 6+ years Highway Experience
