    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking an experienced Scheduler to be based in Oakland, CA. This position has a hybrid work schedule.

    JOB SUMMARY
    This position will support Project Management processes including all those related to scheduling management. Responsibilities include schedule analysis, baseline administration, contractor schedule reviews, process compliance monitoring, capital project fund/budget/cost management, change management, invoicing, status recording/reporting, reports development, and cost estimating.

    ** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    • Provide scheduling and other project control expertise to support the monitoring, execution, and reporting of capital projects.
    • Develop and update project schedules and baselines.
    • Assess contractor schedules for compliance with contract requirements, project management, process requirements, and common industry best practices.
    • Monitor the financial health of projects in the areas of funding, budgeting, expenditures, accruals, invoicing, and others.
    • Develop or support the development of tools and reports for tracking cash flows for funding, budgeting, expenditures, accruals, invoicing, and others.
    • Track project issues and risks and update their respective registers.
    • Track key performance indicators and support their development.
    • Analyze project earned value performance data, project trends, and forecast estimate-at-completion cost.
    • Prepare multiple reports including Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and Quarterly Status Reports (QSR).
    • Prepare training material and provide training as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

    • BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5 years of project control experience on infrastructure projects.
    • Rail/Transit experience is a plus.
    • Ability to analyze and inspire innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Able to demonstrate a high level of organizational ability, capable of pivoting and re-prioritizing to meet changing project needs and deadlines.
    • Proficiency and knowledge of computer software applications including Primavera P6, TILOS, Microsoft (MS) word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

    • Travel may be required for this position.
    • The offered rate of compensation for California will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $90,000-130,000.
