AECOM LEADING BUILDERS GROUP is seeking a Construction Intern to be based in New York, NY

This position is expected to begin in May 2023.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
• Performs entry-level work.
• Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
• Meets required schedules while producing quality work.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Must have completed 2 years of study in an applicable program

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel daily or overnight

• Non-Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (NYC locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.  The hourly range for this position is $20.65-$36.13.
