AECOM is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our Central Wisconsin Remediation team (Oshkosh, Stevens Point, Middleton). We are seeking candidates who will be able to immediately contribute to the successful delivery of existing projects and promote growth in existing and new markets. This full-time position within our Environmental group will manage site investigation/remediation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate investigation/remediation project experience, require a strong focus on health and safety, be detailed orientated, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, and will be capable of working collaboratively in a high-performance team. This position is available for a Office/Remote Hybrid role for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing scope, schedule, and budget for mid to large-sized investigation/remediation projects
Building strong client relationships
Client and regulatory correspondence
Technical report writing and review
Health and safety stewardship, including local field visits
Analyzes and applies solutions to atypical and/or semi-complex and challenging issues within area of expertise
Preparing cost estimates and proposals
Working effectively with project teams, clients, and all other stakeholders
Coordinating work schedules with AECOM staff and subcontractors
Responsible for quality control of tasks
Mentor project Jr. staff
Will require some regional travel for field visits
